"I started this business, because I love weddings, showers and parties.  I love decorating for them too.  All of my experiences have been learned through a big family, mainly the women in my family such as my mother, my mother's sisters and sisters in law, my father's sisters, all of my female cousins and male cousins' wives.  There are 11 female cousins and 10 wives of my male cousins.  Of all of those family members, we have had a lot of parties, bridal showers and baby showers to organize, cook food for, decorate for, make favors for and centerpieces for.  If it wasn't for my family I would not be able to start this business!"

Description of Services

 

Ø    Consulting – This service is for the bride and groom who want to plan their own wedding with a professional assisting them in all areas of their planning.  The consultant guides them along and helps them choose the right vendors, offer suggestions that would save them money and time.  The consultant meets with the client as often as wanted with minimum of 1 hour meetings.  The consultant’s job is to keep the bride and groom on task and within budget and help along the way with any problems that may occur and come up with solutions to solve the problems.

 

Ø    Planning – This service is for the bride and groom who just don’t have the time to plan their own wedding.  The consultant will do all the research on vendors for the couple and help them choose the right one for them.  The consultant will then book all the vendors that the couple and consultant chose for their wedding.  The consultant helps keep things on task and within budget.

 

Ø    Budget Planning – This service comes along with consulting and planning.  In the budget planning, the consultant asks questions to the bride and groom and determines what those services can cost, and from there figures out an affordable budget to set for the couple.  After the first discussion and the budget is set, the consultant helps the couple find and plan things that are within their budget.  The consultant works with all budgets.

 

Ø    Wedding Day Coordination – This service is for the bride and groom who have planned their entire wedding, but need someone to keep things running smoothly and have solutions for all possible problems that may come up for the ceremony and reception.  The consultant meets with the couple 2 to 3 times and with the other wedding vendors at least once.  During these meeting times, a timeline is planned with vendors and bride and groom on when and how things will be run.  For the ceremony the consultant makes sure the ceremony starts on time, makes sure the bridesmaids and other wedding participants go down the aisle in a sequential timely manner.  The consultant also makes sure that guests are seated in the right areas, makes sure the decorations and everything are in proper places.  At reception, the consultant makes sure it starts on time and all scheduled events happen at the time they are supposed to happen.

  

Ø    Guest List Database – This service keeps track of all of your guests and keeps track of responses and gifts as well.  From this list the consultant can print address labels for you.

 

Ø    Invitation addressing and stuffing – For this service, the consultant will address and stuff all of your envelopes for an affordable fee.

 

Ø    Decorating service – For this service, the consultant decorates anything from showers, parties, ceremony and reception.

 

Ø     Decorate Bridal Shower in all areas including; tables, food tables, dessert tables, gift tables

Ø     Center pieces for shower or reception or both

Ø     Favors – make favors for showers or reception or both

Ø     Decorate reception hall involving; tables, bridal table, cake table, hors d'oeuvres table gift table, card basket/box, guest book, center pieces, arches, lights, garlands etc.

Ø     Decorate ceremony site involving; pew decorations, chuppahs, unity candles, altar decorations, wedding program basket etc.

Ø     I use fabrics such as organza, tulle, netting and other fabrics for table linens and such.

 

 

Ø    Custom Favors – The consultant makes custom favors for showers, parties, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, Quinceanera, etc.

 

Ø    Seating Charts – the consultant can help you seat people with her computer software.  On screen you can move your guests around and change them back and forth as you like until you decide the final seating arrangement.

 

Ø    Planning Binders – The consultant will custom make a 3-ring binder for all of your planning needs.  All of the binders come with timelines, guest list worksheets, budget worksheets, dividers, and page protectors.  The consultant adds whatever else that makes it unique for each wedding or event.
